She has traveled the world, finding the secret techniques used by the top CEOs. She knows leaders who build positive capacity around their inner states build better companies. She delivers easy & fun, golden key mental health techniques to build mindsets for success.
Simone has a BA in Psychology, is a Clinical Psychotherapist, serial entrepreneur and spiritual seeker. She has started multi million dollar companies, lived like a monk in the Himalayas and studied with indigenous elders of the Amazon.
She has since been featured in many magazines and publications as well as being voted top 50 business leader 2020. She has had 8 successful startups, is a lecturer for social enterprise with Monash university and won awards for her global contribution to the economic empowerment of women as a director for World vision Australia. Simone would like to inspire you with simple tools for greater empathy, compassion, calmness and connection. Having lived and breathed these principles in her own organisation, she will share these ancient and evidence based techniques to help you to immediately embody meaningful, connected and positive states of mind.

Katie has a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and Dietetics, with a holistic and evidence-based approach to health and wellness. With years of experience supporting individuals and organizations, Katie specializes in empowering people to optimize their well-being, boost energy, and achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.
Her expertise combines therapeutic diets, whole-food nutrition, and practical strategies to create personalised solutions that improve physical and mental health. Known for her approachable style and ability to simplify complex health information, Katie equips her clients with actionable tools to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
Katie has collaborated with leading organisations to develop wellness programs, support national fitness challenges, and deliver engaging talks that inspire meaningful change. Her dedication to creating transformative experiences extends to running impactful corporate workshops and wellness retreats, where she helps professionals build resilience, enhance productivity, and regain balance in their lives.
With a passion for empowering others, Katie brings an authentic and results-driven approach to every aspect of her work, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
When Katie’s not in the clinic or facilitating workshops, you’ll probably find her at her lakeside farm, where she’s deeply passionate about regenerative farming and supporting other local producers—always on the hunt for the best veggies to sneak into her kids’ meals!

Simone and Katie crossed paths through a shared passion for helping people thrive, both personally and professionally. Katie had spent years focusing on nutrition and its impact on mental health, watching firsthand how small changes in diet could make a big difference in energy levels, mood, and overall productivity. Meanwhile, Simone was diving deep into the psychology of stress and resilience, equipping individuals and teams with the mental tools to navigate pressure, uncertainty, and burnout.

We were both driven by the same desire: to help people break free from the cycle of stress, fatigue, and overwhelm. But we quickly realised that no matter how effective a strategy is - whether it’s about managing your mindset or fuelling your body - it’s only truly powerful when combined. Nutrition and mental health, after all, are deeply connected. A nutrient-rich diet can boost emotional resilience, while strong mental health leads to better food choices and stress management.

One day, over a coffee and a shared vision of creating a space for individuals to not just survive but thrive, we decided to join forces. We knew that by blending our expertise, we could offer something that was more than just a workshop - it would be a transformative experience. We wanted to give teams the tools to feel energised, focused, and in control of both their mental and physical well-being, in a way that was sustainable and, most importantly, fun.

That’s how our workshop was born. Combining Simone’s psychological resilience techniques with my nutrition-focused strategies, we created a powerful, interactive experience that equips people with practical tools to manage stress, boost productivity, and feel healthier. Our shared belief is simple: Well-being isn’t a luxury - it’s a necessity for a thriving, high-performing team. And when you look after the mind and the body together, the results are truly transformative.
